Q: “What services do you provide?”

A: Sturdi Stitches is a one stop shop for all your marketing needs. We provide in house quality embroidery, screen printing and can provide a variety of promotional products to suit your every need.

Q: “We do not have a design yet for our project, can you help design one for us?”

A: YES! We have a state of the art digital design program which can assist you in the designing process. We have a qualified staff of graphic designers, specializing in print, custom logos, and tee shirt design. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with your designs today.

Q: “Can I provide the product?”

A: Yes, however, Sturdi Stitches does not accept liability for any damaged product. Keep in mind there is a small margin of error with any machine or human and due to the difficulty in replacing provided goods Sturdi Stitches simply cannot accept the responsibility. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with a quote or any other questions that you might have.

Q: “Do you have a minimum for orders placed?”

A: Not on embroidery items. Unfortunately, all other items are subject to a minimum. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with a quote with minimum requirements or any other questions that you might have.

Q: “What are your payment options?”

A: Sturdi Stitches accepts: Check, Cash, Credit card payments via Pay Pal or Money Orders

Q: “What is Sturdi Stitches turn-around time?”

A: Depending upon the size of the order placed, turn-around time will be between one week and three weeks. Sturdi Stitches will provide you with an estimated in-hands date with your quote. If time is of essence, we have an array of products that are available in 4 days or less. Please remember that production starts the following business day after your art approval. Rush charges will apply to any product that has to be expedited for production. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with a quote with your specific turn-around time or any other questions that you might have.

Q: “What are your artwork requirements for logos/designs?”

A: Sturdi Stitches accepts:
*Corel Draw (Highly Preferred)
Adobe Illustrator (8.0+) .EPS or .AI files
High resolution (300 dpi +) .JPG or .TIFF

Sturdi Stitches does accept other graphic files, but prefer the files listed above. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with a quote for your design or any other questions that you might have.

Q: “How will I receive my order?”
A:
Sturdi Stitches can deliver items ordered within the Oklahoma City metro area or shipping can also be provided. We can determine estimated shipping cost upon ordering and the actual shipping cost will be added to the final invoice. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with a quote or any other questions that you might have.

Q: “Are there any miscellaneous charges I should know about?”
A:
There are set up fees for most orders and will depend upon the type of order you are placing. Embroidery will consist of a set up charge for the digitizing of the design and a quote will be provided prior to ordering. Most screen-printed products require that a silk screen or plate be made in order to apply your custom imprint. If your artwork is more than one color, a screen must be made for each color. Screen charges are one-time charges per product, per imprint. New imprints will require new screens and charges, however, a quote will be provided prior to ordering. Q: “Can I return my purchase?”

A:Sturdi Stitches does NOT except returns on custom imprinted or embellished items. We will exchange sizes in certain circumstances, but some exceptions do apply, and the customer will be held responsible for shipping charges to exchange if needed.
